In all cases, Renflow Designs’ total liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
